The Distance Learning Project (DLP) is a statewide initiative that collaborates with Pennsylvania ABLE agencies to provide distance learning opportunities for adult learners interested in preparing for the GED® tests, developing their workplace skills, and/or improving their reading, writing or math skills.  For additional information about distance learning in Pennsylvania, please click on the links below:
